Fall Party : Recipes and Giveaway!

Hey Y'all,
Our poor little blog party has been greatly lacking! I apologize :-)
We have been so ridiculously busy!
I had planned on posting this sooner, but time is love and I just had to run...etc :p
For starters I wanted to let y'all know of a giveaway my dear sis has put together. A sweet etsy vendor has graciously sponsored a candle from her shop! It is sooo adorable. I love to see creative genius. :-)  So anywhoo... don't forget to enter!
Moving forward!
Fall is upon us,  and I am loving the tiny glimpse of it that we floridians receive :-) (Today was especially lovely!)
If you find yourself having trouble getting into the season, here is a recipe that will bring you right into the swing of things!
I made this for the family last year, and we never had leftovers :-)

Cream Cheese Pumpkin Roll :

3 eggs
1C. Sugar
⅔ C. Canned pumpkin
1T. Lemon
¾ C. All purpose flour
1.t baking pwdr
2.t cinnamon
1t. Ground ginger
1t. Nutmeg
½ t. Salt
1 C. Plus 2-4 T pwdr sugar - divided
2 3oz packages cream cheese
4 T. Butter
½ t. Vanilla
Beat eggs on high speed for 5mins.
Gradually add sugar ; stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Set aside. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt in a mixing bowl ; fold intonpumpkin mixture.
Line jelly roll pan with wax paper; spray with that stuff ( I don't know what its called :-/
Spread mixture over paper. Bake @ 325 for 15mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Turn onto towel sprinkled with 2-4 tbsp of powdered sugar ; set aside. Combine one cup of powdered sugar with remaining ingredients. Spread over cake. Gently roll up cake ( as you would a jelly roll) using wax paper to help push roll. Cool and serve chilled.

Don't forget to post your favorite fall recipes and leave a comment letting me know you did and Ill post a link! :-)
